I Was So Excited About My Mary Jane Crocs...

I recently ordered a pair of Crocs for my little man (holy. cuteness. batman.), and a pair of Mary Jane Crocs for me. I was so excited about my Crocs, I decided to knit a flashy pair of socks to wear with them.

Yep, and they match the pair I just knit for DS. *grin* Once I finish the second one, we can wear our matching socks and shoooooes. Heehee!

I'm also excited that I have such a fantastic excuse to knit socks for myself now - what, after all, is the point of owning Mary Jane Crocs if you don't have fancy socks on underneath?!?

Two Socks in Two Days!

No SSS here! DS' second sock is done. Much to my GREAT joy, my clinical instructor called this morning to say clinical was cancelled. That means - TADA! - a whole day to myself. DS was already at daycare, DH was at work. What else could I do but knit the second sock? I'm really proud of them, they're so cute. I can't wait to knit some more for DS. But first, I SWEAR - I'm going to finish DH's boooooring socks. I have the heel turned and the gusset decreases done, just need to work my way down to the toe.

Sock-In-A-Day

Knit on size 2 Brittany's using Wildfoote yarn ... I did it all today! I'd write more, but I think there's a toddler getting into a bag of jelly beans in my livingroom...
